Tender Integration

You can integrate your room with your Tender Support helpdesk. Tender basically takes all of your customer service requests and organizes them. It creates a community where users can go online and discuss issues and come up with their own fixes. Each time a message is created or replied, a simple notification is sent to your room.

In order to integrate Jaconda with Tender, you must do a few simple steps:

  1. Go to the Integration page of your room and find there Tender webhook url:

  2. Go to your Tender admin, choose Account & SettingsExtras, and click on Webhooks:
    Create new webhook

  3. Create new webhook and choose When a discussion is created or When a discussion is created or replied to, depending what is more fit your needs.
    Note: Jaconda currently supports only 2 types of Tender webhooks: discussions and replies, others will not work or work incorrectly. Choose Discussions or Replies

  4. Enter webhook url:
    Enter the following webhook url

This is it, now each time someone requesting support, everybody in your room will get instant notification.
