Campfire Import

If you're switching to Jaconda from Campfire you can import your data using our Campfire import tool which is located on the Account management page.

After entering your Campfire subdomain and API token you will see the list of your Campfire rooms. Select the rooms you want to import and we will transfer Messages and Files from the rooms. You have to invite colleagues manually though because Campfire doesn't provide information about account members through API.

You can import your Campfire data as many times as you want. No duplicates will be created.
This is useful if you are slowly migrating to Jaconda and want to do regular synchronization with your Campfire account.

The import can take a couple of minutes. Once it is finished you will receive an email with the results. Although we do our best, there are a number of reasons why an import might fail. If this happens, just get in touch with us and we will investigate the problem and will resolve it within a couple of days.
