I want to know if there is a way through which we can make the guests view all the chatting history. Even the one that took place before they came. Please let me know if there is a way to do this.

    Hi, sorry but that's how it works, only members can see the full history, otherwise guests might get access to the sensitive information.

    You can add those people as members anyway.
