Hi there,

Any problems with the Lighthouse -> Jaconda integration? Our Lighthouse app stopped pushing updates to Jaconda last friday.

Regards,
Tommie

    Hi,

Try to turn the Lighthouse integration off and on again on your Jaconda account integration page. Hope this will resolve the issue.

We get the following error when we try to disable the connection:
"Can't disable Lighthouse integration. Please try again later or contact support".

Sorry for the wait, the problem was at the Lighthouse side it seems. It should be ok now.

    Integration died again.

No action was done on our side. It just stopped working again.

    Hi Tommy,

Really sorry about constant delays, we're employed in some other project and time is really scarce. The problem seem to be on their side, they keep the callbacks on their servers but for some reason they are switching the off for your account.

We have contacted Lighthouse on the matter, and will keep you updated.

Here is what lighthouse had to say about this:

A failing callback isn't necessarily the result of your server being down. Most failed callbacks are the result of timed-out requests or server errors on the host getting the callback. We do increment a counter when this happens, but we also clear it on success, so short periods of failure should not affect them. When a callback does happen, we are just attempting to hit a URL you've provided, so I could not tell you why these calls are failing, unfortunately. Hope this helps, -hobson

So I guess the only way is to turn integration off and on again and when you will get tired of this - contact Lighthouse directly.

    Hi Nick,

on/off would be a solution if jaconda didn't throw this error when i try to do it:
"Can't disable Lighthouse integration. Please try again later or contact support".

    Thanks for all the support.
