how to stop Notifications of people coming online and going offline?

This was not happening last week but is happening since yesterday and it's irrritating when we get notifications for someone coming online and going offline. There should be setting for each member when to receive notifications.

   This feature was little bit rushed, right now it's turned off by default and you can turn it back on in Room's settings.
