" symbol is escaped to " in messages coming through jaconda. ' is escaped to '

P.S: isn't it common sense to not alter messages coming through system at all?

   Damn it. " is escaped to ampersand-quot-semicolon. ' is escaped to ampersand-apos-semicolon.

   Sorry for the inconvenience, this is fixed now.

   We have to sanitize html in messages and remove harmful tags at least. Right now we're letting through a limited set of tags like bold, italic, underline and links.
